She is no stranger to producing top quality micro-lots, and this is a stunning example of her attention to detail and knowledge. These Caturra and Colombia cherries received a prolonged fermentation cycle to fully saturate the seeds with flavor. The coffees grow at 1,750 meters, which help to refine the articulate sweetness and acidity structure. We love the tropical fruit flavors found in the cup.
