The Dimbira washing station is located in the Chena district of the Bonga zone of Ethiopia. The wet mill is owned by Dinkalem Ademe, who also manages production at the site. There are approximately 2,000 contributing farmers that bring the cherry here for processing. At the mill, cherry is sorted by hand before pulping and washing. The cup holds a silky texture with notes of apricot, sweet lemonade and fragrant honeysuckle.
