With great pride we share the work of Rosy Dariela Mania and her husband, Roy of Mercedes, Honduras. This lot from El Mandarino, Rosy's plot, is composed of the Parainema variety. The cherries are grown at 1,200 meters and the coffee has been dry processed with special care and attention to detail. We find clean flavors of mango, apple and orange blossom in the cup. Flavors are intensified in espresso preparation, creating a dynamic, fruit-forward experience.
