The Oaxaca region of Mexico has long held secret treasures, including the rich coffees that are capable of top quality. With minimal investment until recently when groups like Red Fox have encouraged producers to once again reinvest in their coffee crops, we are now seeing the true dynamic potential from producers like from the San Pedro Yosotatu Community. Located in the Santa Maria Yucuhiti municipality, this sub-section of producers is planting and maintaining boutique varieties such as Bourbon and Typica. The cup profile is laden with sugar-sweet notes of butterscotch, melon and fresh cream.
