Pablo Llacta Sutta owns and operates Finca Mayupata, which is located in the Yanatile valley in the Department of Cusco, Peru. Pablo has owned the Finca for 25 years and has not stopped developing his specialty coffees and sustenance crops, of which about 1/4 of the Finca is dedicated to coffee. This presentation brings a blend of Caturra, Bourbon and Typica varieties which have been wet fermented for 19 hours and washed clean before drying on raised beds for 10 days. The coffees are grown at 1,900 meters and offer a glimpse into the unbelievably rich terroir that yields such delicious cup profiles. The cup holds a deep sweetness with notes of cacao nibs, vanilla and sugar date.
