Finca Guayabina is owned and operated by Roy Hernandez. The farm is located in the Mercedes municipality of Ocotopeque, Honduras between 1,200-1,250 meters. This lot is a separation of the Pacas variety, while Obata and Parainema are also cultivated here. Quality and the intent of perfection in process is evident, this coffee simply shines. While processed as a full natural, the cup clarity and flavor profile leans more toward a honey processed lot. The sweetness is evident in every sip, with a lively acidity perks up as the cup cools.
