All coffee orders placed by Sunday will be roasted and shipped on the following Monday. If a major holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday, your order may be processed a different day that week.
Coffee selections rotate frequently. When you subscribe to a particular coffee, you will receive that coffee as long as it is in stock. When it runs out, your subscription will be automatically converted to an in-stock coffee that is most similar in profile to the one you originally subscribed to. If you dislike the coffee we have selected as a replacement, please email us at email@example.com to discuss a more suitable choice.
You may skip or cancel your pay-as-you-go subscription at any time. Skips or cancellations must be made prior to Sunday to take effect immediately. Skips or cancellations requested after your card has been charged for a particular delivery will not go into effect until your next scheduled delivery.
As all coffee is roasted to order, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
