Inga Aponte is located about 4 hours away from the capital city of Narino, Colombia. The indigenous peoples here are descendants of the Inca, and are deeply connected to the land they inhabit. They are in close proximity to the Amazon rainforest, which contributes to the biodiversity and health of the ecosystem. The coffee is cultivated at 2,100 meters and is composed of the Caturra variety. The cup is laden with ripe fruits, starting with strawberry and maraschino cherry. This transitions into a beautiful brown sugar sweetness and uplifting aftertaste.
