Finca Samaria is owned by Maria Escobar, a descendant of several key coffee producers in Risaraldra, Colombia. The Finca is 20 hectares in size and is located at 1600 meters. This lot is built with the Tabi variety, which has undergone a honey process for fermentation. This stage of the process is 48 hours, followed by sun drying to optimum evenness of moisture content. The cup profile is floral, tropical and very sweet. The intense aromas are brought to compliment the crisp sweetness on the palate, followed by lingering tropical fruit notes.
