There is strict quality control at every level, with a distinct ability to cater to trends and traditions. Caturra variety is the main seed used here, and the Finca resides at 1,800 meters. Cherries are pulped, fermented, washed and sun dried on raised beds. we love the clarity of cup profile, showing beautiful notes of red apple, grape and raw honey.
