Welcoming our first Ethiopian offering from the 2024-2025 harvest, we bring you Rako. Nestled in the Kochere district of the Yirgacheffe region, the Rako mill is no stranger to handling large volumes of specialty coffee with precision and expertise. The coffees from this lot are from smallholder farmers with an average of 1-2 hectares per farm, sitting at altitudes between 1900 and 2100 meters. The landrace varieties cultivated are special and perfectly suited for the environment.
