The small community of Ohuapan resides in the Huatasco district of Veracruz, Mexico. This area is responsible for producing half of the volume from the district. There is an average farm size of 10 hectares here, where producers grow multiple crops alongside coffee. For harvesting, families work together to collect ripe cherry, which is then transported to the local washing station in Ohuapan. Varieties cultivated here include Bourbon, Garnica and Marsellesa.
