El Mandarino is the work of Rosy Dariela Mancia. Located in the Mercedes area of Ocotepeque, Honduras, the Finca sits between 1200 and 1250 meters and is 2.2 hectares. We are so fortunate to have worked with this beautiful coffee for several years, and it never fails to inspire. The lot is composed of the Parainema variety with has been picked, sorted and fermented as a full natural, drying on raised beds under parabolic cover to ensure perfect conditions.
