GDM estate is located in the Mboze district of the region Songwe in Tanzania. Grivas D. Mwangoke owns the estate, who contracts 200 seasonal workers to complete harvest and processing. The Bourbon variety is planted here, from 1450 meters to 1850 meters above sea level. While the majority of the coffee is washed, this lot is dry processed and provides a delicious and intriguing cup profile. While offering aromas and sweet notes of strawberry, orange and white grape, the fruitiness of this cup is balanced by a rich caramelization at lighter roasts. We love this coffee as pour and espresso.
